Gorgeous solid spruce top tone-wood, ovangkol back and sides, with a sweet tone and playability that will set you apart in a crowd. It has a baritone ukulele look, feel, and sound with the tuning of a guitar (4 steps up) and 6 nylon strings. Sounds like a ukulele and/or classical guitar, but plays like a regular guitar.
This guitalele's low action and closer frets makes it ideal and offers ease of play for beginners and pros alike. I personally added a guitalele to my line up of instruments for my live gigs along with a ukulele and my 6 steel string guitar. I get comments from the crowd EVERY time on what an amazing sound this produces.
